Living iPad only

Hi all,
Recently started living with just my iPad. I now have all that I need on the iPad and switched off my beloved MacBook Pro a few days ago.
I know it would not be possible for everyone but I'm seeing how it goes for several weeks and if all is OK then the laptop will be up for sale.
The only issues are ones that I knew about beforehand. Unable to change the music on my iPod shuffle, unable to connect my GPS to download GPX walk files (I can do this at work) and had to buy a wi-fi printer.
So far so good

Hi, Steve! I'm in the same boat you're in--my wife and I want to get away from PC's, and use our iPhones/iPads exclusively (we're getting rid of our tv/monitor too); we do have a MacMini that we'll keep in storage in case we need to sync, but we'd prefer to use our imagination to solve potential problems. We bought the little wireless Epson, and things are looking good so far. Stay in touch, and if I discover something useful (or get frustrated and can't figure something out), I'll pass it along.
