does anyone know how to fix low volume on iPad 2? When I have it at full volume, it sounds like how the lowest possible volume besides mute should sound. I've tried everything to fix it, I updated to the newest iOS, I restarted it, I reset all settings, I've checked all of the settings and they're all right, and I'm not sure what else to do. I'm really frustrated because it's on the highest volume and I can't even hear it unless my ear is right next to the speaker.

What kind of sound are you getting out of headphones and/or BlueTooth (at full volume).

There are several independent volumes on an iPad, although they are all controlled with the same buttons. Just trying to figure out whether the problem is global, or limited to the speaker output.

You could go to Settings>Music>Volume Limit and make sure the volume slider is not set too low. If you can't change the volume limit, go to Settings>General>Restrictions>Volume Limit and make sure the option to allow changes is checked, then follow the instructions in the first part of my post.
