Pics: Otterbox Defender Ipad 1&2

Hi everyone I picked up the new defender at the local walmart. I def. love the 1st version alot better.

Just some gripes about it.

One of the things that I don't like on the newer version is the lid. The newer version doesn't quite cover it completely like the 1st. Also it's quite ugly IMHO.

And also the plastic bezel of the Defender that covers the home button.
The 1st covers alot more of the unused screen area surrounding the home button.

It's def lighter with less material which is nice but honestly I'm not sure i like the overall design of the product in general. might end up returning it.

I was surprised myself to find this case at my Local Walmart also! I ordered mine on the Otterbox website on Friday and I found it today locally!

Mine's on order, hope it looks decent enough! I've waited for this case since I bought the iPad 2 on launch day, I hope it doesn't disappoint.

If it is a no go, I'm getting a saddleback or treegloo. I'm hopeful though.

Update: Hk is satisfied. Free screen protector, manageable weight, and flap for charging. Ima big kid and I like big things so I prefer it to be heavier.
