Shsh 4.2.1, 4.3

Hello,

I was recently on cydia on my iPad 1 and I saw at the top of the main menu above the word "Cydia" it said "SHSH 4.2.1, 4.3"

I am currently on iOS 4.2.1.

Does this mean I can update my iPad to iOS 4.3 without losing my jailbreak?

No. It means if you need to restore, you can restore back to those firmwares using the Cydia servers or TinyUmbrella.
