Do anyone know if there will be a iOS 6.1.4 software update for the iPad 2 ?

iOS 6.1.4 is only for the iPhone 5.

No problem. You can check this info out here as well. It lists out all the iOS upgrade history for each device from start to end. If there's an iOS update, give it about 5 minutes after the iOS is released publicly, and it'll update.
