Email spam

The forum is totally spamming my email with a new mail each time I get a PM on the forum. How can I stop this? I've tried looking at the settings, but I can't find anything.

In iPF go to Settings - General Settings. There you are able to choose whatever you prefer.

Do I need to do this from my laptop? Because I can't find geberal settings on my Ipad
