Upload/Download files from/to iPad using browser

Is it possible? I very need to upload and download small files using simple browser. What soft do I need for that? iPad2, newest OS. Thank you all.

ICab Browser App has worked for many for uploading and downloading to/from websites. If you are looking at an FTP solution then something like GoodReader might work for you.
