apple apps

Has anyone else had a problem on Apple Books on the iPad where the price jumps when you go to purchase??? Has anyone heard about this happening to others? I've had it a few time where I am trying to buy a discounted book and then when I go through with the purchase, the price goes up.

Have y'all found any apps that do not work well with the iPad Pro? What apps are designed specifically for the iPad Pro? Have you found any new apps that you really like how they perform on the Pro?
