ios 13.3 and video problems

I bought the above tablet in the hope that I would be able to view videos I had purchased from www.artistsnetwork.com. I do not want to download them onto my tablet. Although I can open the videos they freeze between 1.02 and 10.42 minutes (depending on the video). I have contacted both Apple...
