It's a magazine about italian cooking from the german Mac focussed print company "falkmedia".
That's how I envision print magazines on iPad.

I wouldn't dream of subscribing in a magazine for Italian cooking in German (which I read, write and speak passably) but what is amazing is that the iPad opens up magazines for a limited distribution that would have never made financial sense to send to a printer.
