To add a second email account to your iPad go to Settings>Mail, Contacts, Calendars and tap Add Account. Select your email provider from the list or select other if your provider isn't listed. In the resulting pop up add the relevant info; Name, email address, password, and description. Once done, you should have the same access to the second account as you do with your existing account.
