3G speeds of my iPad are down

I own an iPad 1 and it runs on 3G but I get only speeds of 0.05 Mbps to 0.06 Mbps..
I need suggestions to gain speed

With my 3G iPad 1 get about 3.25 Mbps download speed.

There's not much you can do to speed up the data coming from your carrier. Do you see '3G' on the top left corner of your iPad when connected? Or, do you see an 'E' or a small 'o'?.. If you see an 'E' or 'o', then your carrier is delivering less than 3G speeds. If you're paying for 3G speeds and aren't getting them, then you should contact your carrier to see what they can do about it....
