4G iPad

Not anytime soon. According to reports, the earliest that Apple suppliers can come up with a 4G chip is sometime into 2012. Not in time for the iPhone 5, and doubtful that it would be available for the iPad 3. According to my understanding, the tight interior constraints make it hard to get all of the components in the existing space. I would have to think that the existing 4G phones were designed around the chip.

Well, that's a shame but the iPad still has enough epicness in its own right to make up for lack of 4G.
