Where can i get a 5 row keypad for ipad2

The only way to get a fifth row (on the default keyboard) is to jail break your iPad and then purchase the tweak "iKeywi" from Cydia (the jail breaker's app store).

There are apps available in the App Store that have different keyboards, but they are not default (as in, you will have to copy and paster what you've typed into an e-mail or note). Sorry.
