With all due respect: No. We have plenty of sticky threads here in this Hacking forum that'll tell you everything there is to know about jailbreaking, to include how to do it, why you'd want to do it and some of the neat stuff you can do once it's done. Please, do a search and find the answers in those threads.

And - we don't expect a jailbreak for iOS 4.3.5. What we are waiting on (and expect/hope for) is a jailbreak for iOS 5. In today's modern world, iOS 4.3.5 is old news and iOS 5 is what's in.
