About rotation gesture...

Hi everybody,
I have a simple question... How the rotation center is defined for multi touch gesture?
There is the rotation with two fingers moving, here the center is almost the center between fingers and there's the rotation with one finger defining the center and the other finger move around...
But you can also move two fingers on the same way...

I'm afraid your question is unclear. Yes, there are these two options, and if that's what you are looking for I think the first one is the standard.
