Accepting followers on Twitter using iPad Twitter app

Received an email that a friend wants to follow me on Twitter. I can't figure out how to accept their request while looking at Twitter using the Twitter app or even trying to view online with my iPad. Can anyone help?

go to the notification option,then you can set what you want..
