Activation Lock sign in required from iCloud site

My ipad randomly kicks out to the Activation Lock web page at Icloud site. That is random and frequent. I then have to sign in with ICloud username and password to unlock ipad.

It might be worth trying a hard reset. It doesn't delete any data or settings, but often fixes mysterious problems. Hold down the On/off button as well as the Home button for about ten seconds until the Apple logo appears - then let go. Your iPad will restart and hopefully all will be well.
