Add a note in an app

Hello everybody,

I'm developing an app and would like to put an -add a comment- button, so the person that watch the page can add a note with his own comment of the subject on each page.
So it will have to save a comment 01 for the page 01, comment 02 for page 02, etc...
It will look like a post it on the side of the page.
