Add accounts to IM Plus?

I installed IM plus & set up my Yahoo Messenger account. Now I would like to add other accounts like Twitter. I haven't found a way to get back to the add an account screen...when I launch IM it brings me right into my Yahoo account. How do I access the add an account screen?
