Adding QR Contact Codes to Outlook

I am looking for an application where I can scan a QR code with contact information and then add it to my Outlook contacts. Has anyone seen an app like this or an app that may be close to offering this functionality?

If you search for QR code business card, you'll find several iPhone apps that will do this. They should work on the iPad too (check the compatibility list to be sure). They won't be iPad optimized, but that's life.

I did fiind one iPad specific app (OptiContact), but it had horrible reviews.
