Adobe Elements & photo sync

I use Adobe Elements to update my photos/catalogues to my iPad 2. I have arranged the albums on the iPad in alphabetical order (seems to tke forever!). Each time I do a sync with iTunes the order is re-arranged and the recent/new catalougues are moved to the end .......... is there any way to stop this happening as I have about 70 albums and need to find photos fast.
