Ads driving me crazy!

This is probably not a possibility, but I figured I'd take a chance. Is there any way to get rid of all these ads that pop up everywhere??

Mostly on game apps, but also, in my instant messaging program and the like.

Ads are only on the free apps and when you pay for the app they are removed. A good way to make people buy apps
