‘Amazing Spider-Man 2’ Mobile Game Launches April 17 for iPhone/iPad

If you’re a fan of superheroes and you also like to play superhero-themed games on your iPhone and iPad, then you’ll be glad to hear that the official Amazing Spider-Man 2 game will be released on April 17 for iOS users, as well as for Android and Windows Phone. The game is developed by Gameloft, the company which has produced other important games such as Asphalt, Modern Combat and Real Football. Karine Kaiser, VP Marketing and Licensing at Gameloft said the following with regards to the release of the game:

The date was confirmed on YouTube where Gameloft has uploaded a 1-minute teaser of the upcoming gameplay inside Amazing Spider-Man 2.

You will get to fight against such villains as Electro and Green Goblin, and roam around a detailed Manhattan city thanks to the open-world gameplay. This, you will be able to explore on your own the city and fight thugs, separately from the main storyline. What’s interesting is that the official movie gets released in May, which is after the game.
