Air video help

Hi
when I'm away from home I get this when trying to use air video URL resolver error error occurred while trying to resolve the server address. This probably means that the server is turned off. or that there are networking problems. I have the. paid air video its on on my Computer. And it works good when I am at home. Thank you for any help on this.

Hi,
Restart the server on your pc, this works for me.
I do it whenever I leave the house, just in case.
If not, delete the servers on your iPad app and start again.
When at home use the remote pin access to prove it works.

You'll also want to check that your server is not going into a "sleep" mode or power saving option while you are away. This will also take the server down although the pc is not powered off.
I was having this problem at home with my iMac.....

I still can not get air video app to work for me when away from home . I did what I was told to do but that did not work for me. Thank you for any help on this
