Airplay not working

My ipod3 plays audio to my apple tv, but there is no picture. Why?

Have you swiped to the volume control section and selected the Apple TV display?

The problem is amazon

I have rented/ bought some instant videos.

I have a 70 mbps internett

On ny sony 5100 bluray;

A) vudu streams perfectly at hdx

B) netflix streams also perfect at hd

C) amazon starts at 12 and I get connection speed is ok

D) when amazon start streaming it start at 1.8 and after a few seconds drop to 0.8 - the streaming stops ;(


So - I want to try sometging else and

E) on my Ipad 3 - all of these streams perfect at high hdx -hd quality !

So, then I tried to airplay the video to my apletv, clicks on that airplay button you, and voila

F) the audio plays perfect, I get that rich surround 5.1 movie sound

G) but no picture ;(

I dont use this airplay so often, but I faintly recall I played youtube vid from my Ipad to atv,
With audio and pic

Thus I hoped this would happen on rented movies also, but maybe not?
