Angry birds editor?

Hello,

this is my first post!
Is are an ipad cydia tweak or plugin for Angry birds where you can make some new levels and edit some levels?
I will make new levels and play it!
It will used for an ipad app from the app store!
My ipad 1 ,IOS version 5.1.1, is jailbreaked an haves cydia!

The only way to do edit an app is to edit it using XCode.
