The best I can find are apps that will allow me to record a sound with the mic and trigger it from a certain frame in the animation. The most basic animation is to take a recorded conversation and then draw frames to sync up with it. Is there no app that will load an audio file to use in sync with the animation?
To give context, I have a funny conversation from a podcast that I edited down to about 2 minutes along with some sound effects. I was planning to load it into an animation app and start drawing frames to sync up with it. It's nigh impossible to get the syncing right if I can't play the audio along with the video (so far) so I can see if I need to add or delete frames.
