Annotate in PPT file but KEEP Annotations in PPT format

Hi All, new to this forum.

I am looking for an annotation app that I can annotate in a Powerpoint file and save it BUT keep the same formatting in PPT not to be saved as a PDF.

Been searching for 3 days and havent came across anything. Any ideas?

SPLASHTOP Whiteboard app will not work, no streaming I need everything to be on the iPad.
