Anonymizer

Hi, I want to install anonymizer on my iPad so that I can have a US ip address and watch Hulu and Netflix USA.
I have tried to download the file from anonymizer (yes they have an iPad file) but the only way I can save it is to my document folder, but have no idea how to access it once it's there.

Does anyone have any ideas?
