Another new member

Hello fellow ipad fans

Looking for some help on an ipad question, I found this forum and it looks like a neat place to ramble around in to learn all about my new tablet.

I turn 62 sunday but retired at 55 and over the past several years started making writing instruments (pens). I needed something small to do slide shows at pen shows as well act as a register using the credit card readers so decided on the ipad3. I'm glad I did, WOW, what a camera! The ipad is becoming more and more useful everyday, so much so that on future trips I plan on only taking the tablet along rather than the tablet and the laptop.

Being new to the ipad and the first Apple device I've ever owned, I'll have more questions than answers so please bear with the new guy with all the questions.
