Any app that's able to track the activities in the Ipad?

Hi all,
I have a kid in school and if I want to trace the activities/ apps he used during the entire day, is there an app that trace the activity log? Does this app able to be "passworded" so that only I know the password?
Tried finding it.

There is no such app that can do what you want. An app that did what you want would be a form of spyware and would never get past Apple's app approval process. Such an app would be a violation of privacy and would undoubtedly be illegal in most cases.
