Any good programs for scaning books or business cards?

By this i mean a probgram that will get the email out of the card or book -quickly and accurately without OCR errors.

Prizmo Cam scanner and card munch all have problems.
a this solution?

Would Iphone 4s be btter for this than Ipad 3?
