Any idea what this means?

We think this Ipad 3 might have had liquid contact and tried recharging, resetting, etc. The text on the attachment appeared on the screen. Any help would be welcome on where to direct this question on this site.

I'd take it to Apple and have them look at it!

Apple would certainly be able to tell you whether or not any liquid made its way into the iPad.

When you say liquid contact, do you mean that you spilled something on it? If so, I'd still say take the 2 hours of travel time and get it checked by Apple. They'll assess and give you assistance with this.
