Any way to create a custom firmware using ios 5 base using windows software (.ipsw)

Is there any way to make ios 7 for an iPad 1G using ios 5 as a base iOS. I know A Piracy Resource is an example of a custom iOS. If there is a way can someone list a software to accomplish this.

The highest available iOS version for the iPad 1 is iOS 5.1.1. There is no way to get anything higher than iOS 5.1.1 on your iPad, no matter what you do.

There is no way to fake a version of iOS 7 to run on the iPad 1.

With that being said, iPad Forums does not support piracy in any fashion whatsoever. The help you have received here is the only help you will receive.
