Anyone have the JustinTV app?

I'm trying to find a way to watch the blacked out Charger game today. I can find lots of sites that broadcast it, but they require flash.

I read that JustinTV may have the game but the app is $5, and I don't want to spend the money if its not going to work.

Does anyone here have the app?
Is it appleTv capable?
Do they have blacked out football games on it?
