Not really sure if there is a 'specific' app for your purpose, but you may want to provide some more information on what your need to track to manage these rental units?

Would a simple spreadsheet be enough or do you have more complicated or additional features - now sure? Let us know and maybe some more directed suggestions can be offered - good luck!
