App for use as a Static Presentation Tool at Expo.

Im trying to find the ideal App for the iPad that will allow me to populate the device with information about our products - such as. Photos, Videos, Brochures.
Ideally i would like a home page with icons for each product group then link to their own pages filled with content as above.

I have looked at:-

LoungePad
Kiosk Pro
LockPad
PadLock

But not seen an ideal. Web access is not what im looking for - its device held data and info i want to display.

Loungpad looks great but i would prefer to buy an app outright and use it when i wish and not be locked into regular payment to keep my information on their servers for future use.

Can anyone help?
