I'm wondering is there an app to record the iPad screen, btw I'm not using a jail broken iPad.

Well, if you are talking about a 'screen capture', then a simple reading of the manual will provide the answer -

Now assuming that is your question, then once you have the 'screen' to capture, press the ON-OFF button (top right) and & HOME button simultaneously - you will see a 'snap shot' and the screen photo will be sent to your 'Camera Roll' in the Photo app - is that your question?

Yes and you're in luck. Just push the home button and sleep button at the same time until you hear a camera click. Built in screen shot comes standard on the Ipad

Apple don't permit standard apps to do this, so your only option is jailbreaking. There is an excellent JB app called "DisplayRecorder" which does exactly what you want.

Ok well thanks everyone for replying, I think I will leave it then because I'm not Gunnar jailbreak ma iPad.
