App running while being on other apps?

Hi. I am looking for a kind of multitasking tweak
that can keep the previous app running while i am on another app.
(For example, keeping the Tv app running while i am writing something on Notes app)

I found several tweaks through websearch but all of them are not compatible with ios7 T-T....

As in keeping the sound going even if you're on another app? Or as in a picture-in-picture kind of scenario.

Try videoPane... Floating media player... There is quasar but still not ready for ios7..

The options mentioned by zlive are for those with jail broken iPads. They will not work on a stock iPad.

If I may suggest, try looking for dual browser apps in the AppStore. They may be as close as you get to a multi-view option on a stock iPad.
