App that will interface the camera function of the iPad with an Excel spreadsheet

I am looking for an App that will interface the camera function of the iPad with an Excel spreadsheet. Basically want to create an Excel based report template and then have pictures taken with iPad camera that will drop the photos into the template on the iPad. Do you have anything that will do this?

FormConnect will do much of what you want. It won't export to Excel though. It will export to XML, which can then be imported into Excel using various tools. How well that would work I have no idea.
