App to remote access the ipad??

Hi Guys/gals,
Two app related Qs for the techies out there -

1. Does anyone know of an app that would allow me to share my ipad screen remotely with another PC/MAC?

2. Is it feasible to connect a video camera via either usb (camera connecter) or Bluetooth and display the view from the video camera on the ipad screen in real time?

I know they both sound a bit bizarre but it is for a specific (legal!) purpose.

Sounds like a good idea if there isn't an app for it than make one!
