Memeo Connect for the iPad to be released along side the iPad's on the 3rd of April.
I liked the use of the G-Drive when Google first had it available to those who were able to discern a use for it albeit the use was far from easy for most users.
With online cloud storage like DropBox and others, things have been more streamlined as Memeo appears to be so far for the iPad, let's hope soon after they work on getting it to edit documents as well and not just as a reader.
