Hi All,
Apologies if this is in the wrong section.
I work for a company and we are looking at launching iPads to our sales force.
One thing we are keen to prevent is presentation, documents, spreadsheets being stored on the device.
The reason is we want to ensure users are opening the latest presentations etc and not using old out of date presentations etc.
The problem I have found is with the apps themselves.
They seem to store local copies to the device which you have to delete manually.
Is there a way of forcing the users to open from a remote source into the iWorks app? Thus ensuring they have an up to date version of the document at all times?
Essentially I want to find a way to remove history of documents or set an expiry date on opened documents.
Thanks in advance for your responses
