Apple purchases

How can I find out what has been spent on my credit card via apple, I have gone through the purchases on iTunes but it does not give me much info? I am wanting a break down of exactly what I have purchased, when, and how much ...
Is this possible ? If so how ?

The only way I know is to go through the purchase for your Apple ID (on the computer iTunes). This means to go through page by page and write them down. There may be a way to save the information by copying and pasting, but I am not sure. Or, look back through your credit card receipts...

Sorry to not be of better help. Hopefully, someone else will be along that has a better solution.
