OK now the Apple store site on line is down and you can't follow your order status on line. I am very frustrated to say the least.

Its online. Was actually hoping that your message meant they were updating it with something new, but doesn't look that way.

Hi Dee. The above image at the Apple Store is usually meant with varying degrees of conjecture, anticipation and often excitement. It often means Apple is updating products or introducing new ones. Generally this happens fairly late at night or in the early morning hours and rarely lasts very long. In this case it was to update their website to provide an easier way for folks to request support.

However I can understand how it would be frustrating if you're looking forward to receiving something you've recently purchased and want to know its status. Hope your new Apple product is on its way!

Well Dee...this isn't going to make you too happy. Seems Apple is updating their website's order status page(s) and/or some other elements now. When you try to check on an order, the above web page appears. Although the rest of the website it working, that part won't be available until tomorrow. I'm sure it will be a worthwhile improvement so hang in there!
