Apple store registration through ipad2

I am trying to register in to apple store but I have not found Oman (Country) to pick. Have any one a solution to this?

There is not an iTunes store for every country, so you'll need to pick one that best suits your needs. You can register at any iTunes store if you have a Gift Card in the appropriate currency - i.e. you don't need a credit card. Gift cards are widely advertised for sale on the Internet and, because you only need the code off the back of the card, there's no need for the company to send you the physical card, they simply email you the number.
