MacRumors reports on Apple’s latest iPad 2 advert, “If You Asked,†which is in a similar vein to the “We Believe†spot that was released at the start of April. The advert appears to be designed to show the iPad 2’s versatility, how it is so many different things to so many different people. The voiceover talks about the different words that people might use to describe their iPad 2 – “intuitive†for a parent, “inspiring†for a musician, “groundbreaking†for a doctor, “powerful†for a CEO, “the future†for a teacher, “magic†for a child, ending with Apple having the last word, saying “it’s just getting started.†To illustrate each of the points in the voiceover, we see various apps being used, such as music apps, photography apps, iBooks, and so on, with the iPad 2 displayed simply in various contextual situations, such as on a schoolroom desk. It’s another nice spot well worth taking a look at.
