Appliation transfering Bluetooth connection over TCP/IP

If I have a small hardware device communicating over Bluetooth with an IPad (via a virtual serial port e.g. /dev/ttySxx).
How can I forward the data to another hardware (server).
I'm wondering if there is any application which can get the connection to this virtual port and connect to a remote IP/port to transfer the data.
