I have lost my iTunes account to my husband since the following events occurred recently:
We both got ipad2s
My MacBook pro died
He upgraded to snow leopard

How do I regain my own identity?

But do you still have a record of the account name and password? If so, you can just register your new device(s) using that information.

I am on the iPad, I know my sign in info, however I do not find a place from the iPad for an opportunity to get to my account. I am asked for a password for his account.
